Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself on the television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. Within a short time she made the move to Texas and completed her training in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas into Orlando, Florida and was involved in a wide range of performances. The roles included local independent films as well as global commercials. Although she only had a few role, De La Garza rapidly discovered her love of acting. The year 2001 saw her move to New York where her first part was in All My Kids' daytime soap as Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. The role she landed was in 2004 on the brief film The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano as well as some of the most renowned TV actors including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Plegge. Her most memorable performance took place in the year 2006 on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was a part of 85 episodes. She then joined the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza received several nominations in the character's honor, such in the category of Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award Nominated. In 2008, she won a Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then assigned as a regular role in CSI Miami. She appeared as Marisol Deko, the spouse of David Caruso's persona Horatio Caine. The most recent television appearance was on NBC's somewhat more dark drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The series was canceled after two seasons. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is Italian and has a younger brother Cory. She was raised in the strictest and most religious family. Milano began her professional career at seven when her babysitter took her to an audition in the acting field. The audition she took part in was one of over 1,000 hopefuls. The audition panel selected her to be one of the four girls. Milano has appeared in TV advertisements, off-Broadway productions and the American debut of Jane Eyre.
